Performed due diligence for the acquisition of Bear Stearns by JPMorgan Chase and National Grid of Keyspan.
Managed $150Bn in Funding and Liquidity to the Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Finance, Treasury and Assets Management businesses, Knowledgeable in Fund-to-Fund strategies, Futures and Options Markets.
Holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy from Baruch College, New York.
CPA with over 20 years in public accounting and private markets, leading fund administration, operations, financial reporting, and tax functions for hedge funds and private equity.
Previously served as Treasurer and Controller at MIO Partners, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of McKinsey & Co. Earlier served as an auditor with PwC and performed fund administration services at HSBC Fund Services (formerly Bank of Bermuda (New York) Ltd.).
